iBrush 365 ™ is FDA Registered device. 
For Covid19 virus  purpose all sales are final it is non-refundable and  non-returnable.
Manufacturer's six months warranty applies.(See Below)

Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shad be limited to the duration of the express warranties set forth in this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of remedies
In no event shall iBrands Technologies Inc. or any of its affiliates of subsidiary companies be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. Such damages include without limitation, loss of saving of revenue; loss of profit; loss of use; the claims of third parties including, without limitation, dentists and dental hygienists; and any cost of any substitute equipment or services. Some states do not allow the exclusion or, limitation of incidental or exclusion may not apply to you.

Health and personal care items

To exchange your item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be replaced.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
If you are approved, we will exchange your item however you are responsible for the shipping. Manufacturer's limited warranty applies (six months).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All shipping within  States will be automatically shipped by USPS, United States Postal Service Priority Mail. 

We are not responsible for Lost or Damaged packages with No Overseas Tracking (First Class International package can tractable within USA departure Only Not final destined country / Only International Priority Service has Delivery Confirmation at the final destined country) or Separate buying Insurance.  Due to many countries customs packages held and it is not notified to receiver, Once we ship the package we are not responsible for the lost  unless package has been insured. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ibrush365.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Using Ibrush365

The ibrush365 is using a completely new technique of brushing the teeth, namely what the dentist recommend. There is a learning curve and it takes a few minutes of practice to use the brush properly. Please read the instructions and watch the video prior to brushing. When brushing, DO NOT hold brush in the same position while it is spinning as there could be some temporary irritation, namely around the cheeks. Please move the brush like using manual brush. Make sure to rinse your bristle with warm water prior to use. For adults only.
