Returns shouldn't be a hassle and we care about our customers and their experiences with us. We easily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We must be notified by email within 7 days of delivery to provide you with a return merchandise authorization.

We do not offer Exchanges due to limited availability on certain items.
All final sale items (prices ending in .99) will not be accepted for returns unless the product is delivered damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Items such as swimwear, undergarments, hats, earrings and cosmetic products containing an air tight seal will always be final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days without a return merchandise authorization will not be accepted. If your return is not accepted due to reasons listed above you will be responsible for return shipping back to you or forfeit the product entirely.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (items ending in $.99) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged depending on available inventory. If the product is damaged and cannot be exchanged due to lack of inventory you will be refunded 100%.
Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
