Although these phrases sound good we must ask that you keep in mind when placing your order and it's accuracy. If we have questions regarding issues such as spelling, we will contact you prior to processing the order.
An example of a non-refundable order; you order a customized license plate and accidentally get numbers or letters in wrong order. This is considered a non-refundable item.
If the error is found to be on our part. We will refund or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

If the issue with the item is not by our means, either error in creation or customer error, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
