Exchanges & Returns

  1. We accept fully packaged, unused and undamaged merchandise as returns or exchanges.
  2. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  4. We will pay for shipping on exchange orders; please note that TLE is not responsible for returned items.
  5. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded.

In the case of goods damaged in transit, please contact customer service @ customerservice@tenderlovingempire.com for assistance.

In-Store Returns

Our Tender Loving Empire retail locations accept fully packaged, unused and undamaged merchandise for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. An itemized receipt is required for all returns and exchanges of items purchased from our physical stores. For store locations and hours see our Locations Page. 

All Sale items are final sale.

Shipping Info

Your order will be processed and fulfilled in 4-8 business days. Depending on the size of your order, and day/time your order was placed, these processing times may vary.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, at which time you can see an estimated delivery date from USPS.
