Exchanges & Refunds
If you received products that were damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace it. We may require you to hold on to the damaged items while we process a damage claim with the carrier. Please contact us before disposing of any damaged items. Send us an email to: email@example.com and we will contact you to arrange for replacement right away.
We will do our best to ship you the same sake brand/grade/size you have ordered. If we don't have it in stock, we can ship you another sake brand/grade/size that is equal in value to the one you have ordered upon your acceptance or we can refund 100% the amount to a Thai bank account you provide to us.
