Refund Policy

You have 48 hours after delivery to inspect your item and contact a customer service representative at support@authenticmoroccanfurniture.com to initiate a return of an item. The buyer pays for outbound and return shipping unless Authentic Moroccan finds that the item was damaged beyond repair in transportation or determines that the seller grossly misrepresented the item. The buyer may also be responsible the packing charges incurred by the seller.

In your return request, please include:

1. The reason for your return.

2. Your order number (in your order confirmation email find code ending with "-AMF").

3. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damage.

Once we review your return request and approve the claim, we will send you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. The buyer is responsible for safely packing and shipping their item back to the seller. Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after an item was delivered to the buyer. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to the seller.

We reserve the right to deny any "product defect returns". If a product is not seen as being defective, the buyer is responsible for all payments related to return shipments. Buyers will have 7 days after return-approval to deliver the product to a shipment location and forward Authentic Moroccan necessary tracking information.
