REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Refunds:
We only offer refunds if an item is defective or damaged and we cannot replace it with a comparable item. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the item and the packaging that it was shipped in and email us the photos.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email at info@alpineteak.com to let us know the item is being returned. The item must be returned in it's original condition. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will apply the sale price of the original item to an item of equal or greater value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
