RETURNS, EXCHANGES, and DEFECTS
Only for US Domestic orders. International orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis due to varying overseas shipping fees.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly EXCHANGE or REFUND the item if within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee.
EMAIL US FIRST at email@example.com with your information to receive your shipping label: (1) Your Name (2) Phone# (3) Order#, and (4) Address where item will be picked up.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE is paid by you, the customer, and deducted from your refund.
Items must be sent back in unblemished condition for a full refund. Partial refunds for blemished items, and in extreme cases, non-refunds for significantly blemished conditions. Refund amount is based on purchase price of item. *Shipping fee of your original order is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
SHIPPING PREP - Place item in any plastic bag as protective cover (ie, original packaging) before placing inside return carton. Shipping Label should be affixed on top of box, away from edges.
When we receive your return or exchange, WE'LL EMAIL YOU to confirm receipt and let you know of your refund after we inspect the item.
When we ship your new, exchanged item, shipping is free. *Only for domestic exchange orders.
Exchanges are ONLY VALID by placing a NEW order. You have 10 business days from our email confirming we've received your original item. See below for instructions:
(1) Place a new order online
(2) Leave a comment on the cart page that this is for an exchange.
(2) When we process the new order and read your comment, we'll deduct your shipping fee.
Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Coupon codes are transferable as long as the exchanged item would have originally qualified for the coupon.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com along with photos to show defect. We'll promptly reply with instructions.
Defects are mostly cosmetic. It includes:
- ripped stitches, where felt applique or canvas has become loose
- stains that are not removable by vigorously rubbing with a cloth
- box that doesn't properly fold up
- bot that doesn't sit flat on a surface
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
