If goods are to be returned to Bellfield Brewery, they must be returned in their original packaging and within 14 days of the purchase being made. You will be refunded for the goods when they have been received back back into our warehouse. Get in touch via if you would like to return your goods and we will explain how to do this.

If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform Bellfield Brewery within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact the help desk at We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything iwe can to work things out.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at and we will organise to resend the order, or provide a full refund, whichever is preferable.

We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for a problem with delivery if this is due to you providing an incorrect address and postal code or contact telephone number. It is always best to double check this information at the time of placing an order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to provide a replacement item (if we hold the item in stock) as long as we notified of the issue within 14 days of the actual purchase and provided the clothing item is returned to us unworn and in a saleable condition with any labels attached. In the event that no replacement is available our returns policy would apply.
