*** Returns

Night vision housings (monocular or binocular) are covered under the return policy for 14 days . All other products are covered for 30 days unless otherwise noted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within these time frames by phone at (276)285-2230 during regular business hours or email us at Sales@abnightvision.com for information regarding refund or replacement.  

*** Refunds (if applicable)

Be sure to contact us for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and form prior to shipping any items to our facility for return.  Shipments without an RMA number may not be accepted.  Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send an email or call to notify the customer of approval or rejection. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued.  Credits will be applied to any open account balances first.  If no open balance is on the account then a refund will be issued based on the original method of payment when possible.

If a refund is not approved, customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be given on merchandise only. Shipping charges or other service charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note that most financial institutions require time to process and post refunds and these times can vary according to your financial provider. Check with your individual financial institution for their policy. If you have waited their specified amount of time and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@abnightvision.com or by phone at (276)285-2230.

There are certain situations where refund requests may be rejected or partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error.
* Any item that is approved for return outside of the standard return period. These items may be subject to a restocking fee.

*** Exchanges (if applicable)

Items will only be replaced/exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and if the defect/damage cannot be repaired or corrected. Contact us upon receipt at sales@abnightvision.com and we will review on a case by case situation.  If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment.  Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to check their shipment in a timely manner as noted in the return policy for defects/damage.  Requests for exchange outside of the defined return period are subject to management approval.  

*** Shipping

AB NightVision Inc. cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit. 

Customer may be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Once you have obtained an RMA to return your product, you should mail your product to: ABNV, ATTN: Returns, 151 Maple Grove Lane, Bristol, VA 24201.  Please check your specific return instructions for more detailed address information and be sure to mark the outside of your box with your RMA number and include a print-out of your RMA form inside the package.

We highly recommend using a hard-shell case like a Pelican or Apache style case when shipping fully built night vision goggles to protect your unit from damage during transit. 

We also recommend following the carrier's instructions for packaging your item(s), using a shipping service with a tracking feature, and noting the declared value of your item and/or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items of higher value or items that may include third-party parts or accessories. Please note that damage due to inadequate packaging may result in denial of insurance claim.  Without noting a declared value or purchasing carrier provided insurance your items will not be covered in case of loss or damage during transit. 

If you receive a damaged package, please be sure to take pictures from multiple different angles to document the condition prior to opening the package as well as images of the product itself showing any damage.  You will also need to provide copies of any invoices and receipts showing the value of the purchase(s).

*** Warranty

Certain products produced by AB NightVision Inc are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and/or eligibility may be noted on those specific product pages.  AB NightVision Inc. warrants the noted product(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the noted warranty period.  If the product proves to be defective during the noted period, the manufacturer will repair or replace with a comparable product at their sole discretion.

The limited warranty does not cover:

1. Any device on which the serial number has been modified, defaced, or removed.

2. Any issue resulting from accidents, neglect or misuse, acts of nature, unauthorized product modifications, failure to follow supplied instructions, attempted repair by any unauthorized agent, use of parts not meeting manufacturer’s specifications, or normal and/or excessive wear and tear.

No other warranties expressed or implied, without written agreement from the manufacturer are considered valid.  Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your retailer prior to returning your device for instructions on returning device for warranty repair/replacement.  For image intensifiers and/or lenses, please refer to your dealer/retailer for warranty information. 


*** Limitations of Liability

AB NightVision Inc, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, dealers or licensors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise,  arising from your use of our products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of this or any of our products.  Operation and use of our product are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

AB NightVision Inc.’s liability hereunder for any damages, regardless of form or action, shall not exceed the fees and/or other charges paid to AB NightVision Inc. by the customer or the customer’s dealer.  Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
