Items such as night vision housings (monocular or binocular) are covered under the return policy for 10 days. All other products are covered for 30 days unless otherwise noted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within these time frames for refund or replacement.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued. Credits will be applied to any open account balances first. If no balance is on the account then a refund will be issued based on the original method of payment.
If a refund is not approved, customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be given on merchandise only. Shipping charges or other service charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that most financial institutions require time to process and post refunds and these times can vary according to your financial provider. Check with your individual financial institution for their policy. If you have waited their specified amount of time and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are certain situations where only refund requests may be rejected or partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error.
* Any item that is approved for return outside of the standard return period. These items may be subject to a restocking fee.
*** Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Contact us upon receipt at email@example.com and we will review on a case by case situation and, if approved, will provide instructions for return shipment.

Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking feature, noting the declared value of your item, or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items of higher value. Without noting a declared value or purchasing carrier provided insurance your items may not be covered in case of loss or damage during transit. Once your item(s) are in the mailing/delivery system, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and cannot refund or credit you for item(s) not received.
Certain products produced by AB NightVision Inc are covered by a two (2) year manufacturer warranty. Warranty eligibility will be noted on those product pages. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or failures during this time with the following exceptions:
1. Any damage caused by product alterations, modifications, or disassembly.
2. Any attempt to repair items on your own or by a third party.
3. Products that are discontinued and parts or replacement units are no longer available.
4. Damage or failures resulting from normal wear and tear.
5. Damage resulting from product misuse.

Customer provided parts such as lenses or image intensifiers that are sent to AB NightVision Inc for use in custom builds or are installed by dealers into our housing kits are not covered under this warranty. AB NightVision Inc cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit of customer provided parts.
