Returns & Replacements
All orders purchased through the Playmakers Online Store will be eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact wecare@playmakers.com or 517-349-3803, if you have questions about your product or need to set up a return or exchange via delivery service (USPS, UPS, Fedex). The buyer is responsible for the shipping of all returns or exchanges back to our Playmakers store. The Playmakers Online Store will provide free shipping of all products in exchanges back to the customer. You can also bring your purchase to our Playmakers location to proceed with the transaction in person. All returns or exchanges must be made using a valid receipt which will be included with all purchases.

Shipping & Delivery
Playmakers will ship all orders within 48 hours of being received, unless otherwise noted on a specific product page. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders will be shipped using UPS and a tracking code will be e-mailed to each customer when available. If shipping to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, USPS will be used.
