Returns happen. It’s ok! A community of happy, balanced Yoak-users is our primary goal and our solid return policy is part of making that happen. Do your best to follow these return procedure guidelines and we’ll make it right.

- You can return your Yoak within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Return your Yoak to the original packaging and make sure it's well secured with plenty of tape.
- Print out and include your order confirmation email in the box, and send us a heads up email that you'll be returning your order - hello@theyoak.com
- Within 48 hours we will give you the shipping information required to send the package back to us, and we'll notify you when we receive it!
- Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned package.
