Exchanges and Returns Policy
We understand that buying items online can seem a little risky. Not knowing exactly how something will fit can lead many to just walk away. This is why we offer a
No-Risk purchase policy. As long as your return is in new, unused condition, you can return or exchange it without having to pay any restocking fees, service fees, or any penalties. We want your buying experience to be as positive as your user experience.
NEW, UNUSED CONDITION & 30 DAYS – All items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
NO RESTOCKING FEES – We will offer a full refund of the original purchase price for items returned in new condition. We do not refund any shipping, duties, taxes, or VAT costs.
RA NUMBER – All returned items must have a Return Authorization Number for tracking and record keeping purposes.
PACKAGING – Products must be in the original packaging, and the original shipping box is also preferred.
SHIPPING COSTS – SneekTec pays all shipping costs for products leaving our facility. Customers must cover the shipping costs of returning the goods to us.
NOTES – Occasionally we will offer products at clearance pricing. These items will be clearly marked as “Clearance” and returns will not be allowed on these items.
Once we receive your return we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, additional processing days may be necessary. If you have any questions about our return policy please let us know.
Whether you ordered the wrong size or the wrong material, don’t worry; we will make things right for you. The following conditions apply to exchanges:

SHIPPING COSTS – SneekTec will pay all shipping costs on items leaving our facility. All shipping costs on items sent back to us are paid by the customer.
NOTE – Some clearance items will have limited sizing and availability. If you have purchased a clearance item from us, we cannot guarantee that a “like item” exchange will be possible.
Due to the varying international postage costs, SneekTec will not be able to offer our free shipping service to customers outside of the United States. However, we will still honor all returns and exchanges, as outlined in our policy, and will not charge any costs other than shipping.
Can Products That Have Been Used Be Returned?
When you receive your items, please try them on a clean, dry surface to ensure that the fit is correct. Only items that can be sold as “new” will be returned or exchanged. Items with dirt, pet hair, wear marks, food residue, or other signs of wear cannot be exchanged.
If while using your SneekTec products you encounter a manufacturing issue that falls under our warranty, then we will issue a return or exchange.
We realize that each customer will be using our products in different terrain and in different ways. Because we cannot control all the ways our customers use their products we are offering a general manufacturing warranty. If during the first 30 days of ownership you encounter a manufacturing issue, we will gladly return or exchange the item and make sure your issue gets resolved. We stand behind the intended use of our products and we have taken every step to make sure that the quality of manufacturing is a top priority.
