Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and the seals intact. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replaced damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item, bring your item to: 7402 SW 34th Ave, Space 1 Amarillo Texas US 79121. We will gladly exchanged unopened, sealed items at the Amarillo, Texas store. No restocking fee for in-store exchanges.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the item(s) returned. Once the returned item(s) is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or gift certificate, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
