Incorrect/Incomplete supplied shipping addresses:
We will not be held responsible for any orders that go undelivered or get returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses supplied to us. Orders that have been returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrectly supplied shipping addresses have the option of being reshipped (after we've received the return) with the buyer paying for the cost of postage to reship - OR - we can cancel and refund the returned order, minus the original cost of shipping. With either option, the return MUST BE received ZFG Inc. before it can be reshipped or refunded. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied to us, but not received by us (ZFG Inc.), we are unable to resend or refund. Please note, we use and print shipping addresses exactly as supplied to us and can not edit or update shipping information for a package once it has been picked-up or dropped-off at the post office.
We do not accept returns except for the rare case you receive a coin (or coins) with manufacturing defects.
If you believe you've received a coin with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately via email to email@example.com. We except returns/exchanges on those products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, has its original packaging, and shows absolutely no signs of wear. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Used products will not be accepted and are not eligible for exchanges.
We stand by our product and offer to replace/exchange any items with manufacturer defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However we will replace any coins that do not meet our standard of quality control in the event that you received a defective coin, or coins.
For orders retuned to us due to user supplied incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable addresses, we offer partial refunds. The cost of postage will be deducted from your paid total, and the remaining balance refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
