We do not accept returns except for the rare case you receive a coin (or coins) with manufacturing defects.
If you believe you've received a coin with manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We except returns/exchanges on those products within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unused, has its original packaging, and shows absolutely no signs of wear. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Used products will not be accepted and are not eligible for exchanges.
We stand by our product and offer to replace/exchange any items with manufacturer defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However we will replace any coins that do not meet our standard of quality control in the event that you received a defective coin, or coins.
For orders retuned to us due to user supplied incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable addresses, we offer partial refunds. The cost of postage will be deducted from your paid total, and the remaining balance refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
