3. 包裹外包裝照片
4. 產品照片
5. 說明包裹問題

如收到錯誤產品/產品不完整/品質問題:

請於簽收後7日內，電郵至 cs@drkoalahk.com 或WhatsApp +852 9855 1118與我們聯絡，我們會盡快為你提供解決方案。

在任何情況下，我們均不接受退款。

我們提供(從簽收訂單起計)7天內計的退換期，但所有換貨必須符合以下全部條件:

1. 正價產品
2. 退貨產品完整未開封，而包裝亦必須是原裝
3. 換貨後的金額如比原本訂單金額多，必須補差價
4. 換貨後的金額如比原本訂單金額少，Dr. Koala 不會退還差價
5. Dr. Koala 將不負責與退貨相關的運費

Items were missing, incorrect or with quality issue:

You have to provide us with the following information:

1. Recipient's name and phone number

2. The photos of the outer package

3. The photos of the inner package

4. The photos of the missing, incorrect or faulty items

5. Problems description  

We do not accept refund under any circumstances.

The following conditions have to be fulfilled for exchange:

1. Products of official price

2. Items are unopened

3. When the amount of the modified order is higher than that of the original one, you have to pay for the price difference.

4. When the amount of the modified order is lower than that of the original one, Dr. Koala does not refund you the price difference.

5. We do not pay for the shipping of the exchange orders.

6. Application within 7 days after receiving the product.
